What Items Will I Need to Submit to get my Loan Request Approved?
Once you submit your initial loan request, one of our business associates will call you to discuss your project. If your project meets the guidelines you should expect to provide the following documents:
- Entity Docs: i.e. Articles of Inc or Organization Bylaws
- Members: Credit Authorization, ID, ect.
- Scope of Work: Template provided, 5% contingency budget and proper narrative
- Purchase Agreement: If Purchase or Closing Statement if Refi
- Experience Worksheet (template provided)
- Payoff if a refinance
- EIN
